1) How can I find out my ring size?
With your first order, you will receive our handy ring sizer - free! Simply wrap the band around your finger to check your size!

If you need help to find out your ring size in the mean time, we have a downloadable ringsizer. It is in a PDF file format, so please make sure you have suitable software to view and print this off. Please follow the instructions on the page on how to use this guide.

2) How do I choose a ring size?
When you view the details of the ring of your choice, you will see a drop down box saying 'Ring Size: (letter) This is your current selection of ring size. Selecting the arrow of the drop box will provide a list of all sizes we have available for your ring choice. Simply select the size you would like from the list provided, wait a few seconds for the page to refresh and select the quantity you would like and press Add to Basket.

3) Why are your rings different sizes?
We offer our rings in several sizes, rather than a "one size fits all" policy you sometimes find in other shops.  Our Gold and silver ring settings are made to precise sizes, as it can weaken a ring considerably to re-size it more than a size or two.

You can have your Gemondo ring re-sized by your local jeweller, at your own cost, and if you intend to do this, it is best to choose a ring that is nearest to the size you want.

4) How do I measure a ring?
You can download our free Ring Size Guide here, which has instructions on several ways to find out your correct ring size. You can also download our Ring Diameter Chart, which enables you to measure a ring with a ruler, then read off the size from the chart.

5) Can I request a size?
Gemondo only has stock of the ring sizes advertised on the site, However in some circumstances it is possible to have other sizes specially ordered for you. This process normally takes 4-6 weeks to process and the price of the item may change depending on manufacturing costs at time of request. 6) Do you offer a ring sizing service?
Gemondo offers a wide range of ring sizes within the site.  At this time we do not offer a sizing service.

7) I think I ordered the wrong size?
If you think you ordered the wrong size, by not selecting your correct ring size before clicking the "Add to Basket" button - just call 0870 803 4366, and one of our friendly and helpful Customer Service Team may be able to help you.  If your order has not yet been shipped, they may be able to change the size before it is sent out.  (They can answer your calls between 09:30 and 17:00 GMT Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) - or you can email customer@gemondo.co.uk with your enquiry)
